HELP loans are only available for students studying at Australian higher education providers. If you are studying at an international university, even if it has a physical campus in Australia, you will not be eligible for a HELP loan.

Take a look at the list of providers who offer Commonwealth assistance on the providers offering commonwealth assistance page.

You do this through completing an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF). It is important that the eCAF is submitted by the census date or you will not be eligible for a HELP loan.

You can learn more about eCAFs at the electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) page.
