How do I check my application status?
Your provider is responsible for determining if you meet the eligibility criteria for a Commonwealth supported place (CSP) and/or HELP loan.
If you have questions about your application, you should contact the admissions or enrolment area of your provider.
Some providers may also show the status of your application in the student portal.
When should I follow up my provider about my eCAF?
If the census date for your study is approaching and you haven’t received approval of your eCAF, you should contact your provider as soon as possible.
