The Department of Education is aware that some higher education providers are late in reporting HELP loans.

Where these loans are not yet visible to students on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) online services in myGov, the Department is working with providers to resolve this.

Providers are required to contact students affected by a late reported loan to provide an explanation and offer support.
